1. Pass out applications for employment and ask each member to fill out the application based on the dream job they want - (great way to get to know kids)

 

• Have them write a letter of reference as well.

 

• Have a few of the teens talk about their dreams - etc... ask each student where does God fit in with their dream job- and their plans to get there...

2. Now place these into an envelope - and then at the end of the school year /semester bring them back out and discuss them in a group setting.

 

• This is a great way to have the kids see where they were - what they thought of in the past - and gauge where they are going...
