The Successful Youth Minister
By virtue of a grant from A grant from the National Christian Foundation has made it possible for us to offer these kits to our members. There are two time management systems.
The Start Right Kit is not just a time management system but offers a way of planning for the person working directly with teenagers in the local church. This kit is for the new youth minister or the youth minister new to a certain church. It offers a way of thinking about the various roles in our lives including the various teenagers in our churches. The start right kit includes a customized leather planner and customized pages specifically for youth ministers on the front lines. The kit includes the actual planner, instruction manual, customized pages, and everything you need to immediately start to use the system. Once you get your kit, you will be able to access the training section of the Enablers web site to phone into free training conference calls, where they will talk through the system with you and allow for questions and input. The success strategies section also stresses the need for you to stay in mentorship with Youthworker's Movement.
