Usually a team of youth ministry volunteers is as varied as the rest of the body of Christ when it comes to personalities and talents and so forth. And that is a good thing. It really is.
Take a look at what Paul says in 1 Corinthians 12:12-27
(Paraphrased, of course)
Our Leadership Team is a unit, though made up of many persons. The teacher cannot say to the game leader, “Because you are not a teacher, we don’t need you.” Neither can the one who cleans the Youth Room say to the one who sets up chairs, “We don’t need you.” If the whole team were Bible Teachers, who would prepare the food? Who would set up the sound system? Who would play ping-pong with a student? If they were all one part, where would the team be?
But God combines the members of this team and uses it in mighty ways to make an impact on teenagers' lives. You are the body of Christ and each one is an important part! You serve a purpose!
