Research Looking at Tools for Successful Youth Ministry

You are invited: to participate in a research project being conducted by Bryan Booker as part of his doctoral dissertation at Western Michigan University (with Dr. Larry Maliak).
Study Purpose: To measure and better understand the tool to improve person-job fit.

The job fit of youth leaders with their organization's expectations is critical for a successful youth ministry. Bryan Booker, Doctoral Candidate from Western Michigan University, is conducting research to measure the impact of a better job fit and to offer justification for initiating a process with your organization's leadership to make it happen. The anonymous survey instrument that Bryan has developed will take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to complete.   I recommend that you participate by completing the survey at the following web link:
